Stolen Card
What it means
The card has been reported stolen and the issuer has blocked it from further use.
Why it happens
The cardholder reported the card stolen, so the issuer rejects all authorizations and may request the card be picked up.
If you’re the cardholder
Use a different card; contact your issuer for a replacement.
If you’re the merchant
Do not retry; present a generic decline and avoid disclosing the stolen-card reason.
