Re-enter Transaction

What it means

The issuer could not process the transaction and requests that it be submitted again.

Why it happens

A transient error or timeout occurred, so the transaction should simply be re-attempted.

If you’re the cardholder

Try the payment again.

If you’re the merchant

Treat as a soft decline and resubmit the transaction; contact the issuer if it persists.
